Dr Jackson was very good. She was friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the Getting an appointment was difficult. I used the NHS app to try and see a doctor but it said there were none available even though it was only 7:30 am. I tried the Church fields site but again it told me to ring up the Surgery. So I rang at 8 am opening time and was told I was number 2 in the queue. I was quite pleased at first but it took Twenty minutes before anyone talked to me. Very poor response. Eventually the assistant said a doctor would ring me.

Suggested improvements
Please make clear the best way to obtain an appointment. Do we go online, if so which site? If we have to ring the surgery there needs to be more staff to answer the phone reasonably quickly. Or are the phones ignored in order to dissuade people to ask for appointments?
