I was on an automatic three monthly reappointment system. but for some reason this did not happen this time and I had to telephone to book an appointment. This meant that I had a two month long delay in receiving treatment. I believe this has now been corrected.

Suggested improvements
I should’ve received an automatic, three monthly reappointment. This did not happen this time, but I believe this has now been corrected.
