Diabetic review with HCA.
Pleasant greeting. Engaged in what was going to occur.
I requested butterfly for venesection and agreed.
A truly positive experience.
Suggested improvements
Gaining a GP appointment remains difficult. Achieved one after being caller 25 and GP call.
I am not convinced, as yet, that the automatic call back from in the queue works!
