Only rated "good" as when I checked in for 09:40 INR test the system told me I was too early for a 10:00 appointment - one I had no knowledge of until that moment (I had checked NHS app the day before and it only showed the 09:40 appointment. It transpired it was for a regular kidney/liver function blood test.

I would have appreciated being notified (either by voicemail or SMS) when the 10:00 appointment was made so I could be prepared
