Appalled by the service I have received. Please sent me the official complaints procedure. Dr Navale has failed to act whatsoever in regards to a full-body rash which is of huge concern to me. He lost 3 separate sets of photos and lied about sending photos to a dermatlogist (receptionist confirmed that nothing was sent to a dermatologist). Dr Navale also lied to my face on two separate occasions - said he would call me back and never did.
Frankly I am disgusted by the "care" I've received and hugely concerned about my health. Myself and my family remain worried sick about my condition. I will be taking this further.
