A very rude and angry receptionist working Thursday 21st April at 8 am. She was very unprofessional and became very confrontational when she followed us out of the surgery and shouted us at. It was all very embarrassing for us and other patients. She wasn't interested in listening to us and also decided to stop the conversation halfway through to pop out from the desk, with no mask, to chat to someone else. We were in a very stressful state this morning and she made the whole situation a lot worse and did not help in any way.

Suggested improvements
I really believe that the reception member of staff should do an anger management course and at least how to deal with confrontation, not just on the computer tests. Our whole family will be leaving the surgery unless this individual can apologise/ make improvements so that other service users don't have to experience the same behaviour.
