One in particular is always so rude and abrupt Avis is her name, whether face to face or on the telephone - I completely understand the job I super stressful and I alway ask how they are too but the lady always leaves me feeling stressed and angry. We know how stressful the job is so dont take it on and do something else -remember be kind!!!!
