What's good: I find the receptionists at Church View to always be very friendly and helpful, they are great! Also the nurse that I see is absolutely lovely, always takes her time with me, tries to help and speaks with me as an equal.
What isn't good: The only real issue I have with this surgery is Dr Jay, who I find to be dismissive, rude, confrontational, haughty and completely lacking in empathy. He is the only GP I have seen, maybe the others are better. Also, it isn't ideal that the surgery isn't open any evenings or weekends, and would be pleased if that could be changed.
