Appointment cancelled. Loss of a days pay. Rather than get an appointment quickly sent to back of line. Over two weeks from Dr referral to appointment now another 18 day before new appointment.
Very much a service for staff not patient focused in anyway.
Poor service at best! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
