It’s simply impossible to get through to Reception at 8am which is when you need to ring if you want to be seen. I’ve been a patient here 15 years and it’s not improved. I just wish the phone system was better- everything is fine once you get to the surgery, but getting there is v challenging. I’ve currently calling on a loop for 36 minutes and still getting just the engaged tone.

Suggested improvements
Please have a call back system or a queuing system. Even if I was told I was 75th in the queue and had to wait it would be better than having to ring back again and again and again.
