I rang up on the morning and the receptionist was very helpful in listening to my concern and arranged for a phone call from a GP that day. The GP rang that morning and invited me in for a face to face consultation straight away. The GP discussed treatment options with me and gave me a prescription. The same receptionist was friendly and accommodating with my baby. Wonderful service and thank you to all at the practice.
