My husband tried to make an appointment for me because I am deaf and cannot speak on the phone to anyone, even my family. He was given an appointment in six weeks time - a telephone call on May 30th which I will not be able to hear beside the fact that the doctor will have to see me physically before she makes a decision. What am I to do? Your ideas would be appreciated.
