Unacceptable wait for telephone consultation Husband waited 5 wks after being told we would have call the next day - never came and was then told they had left voice mails which is strange as we don’t have that facility! I am so frustrated with the poor service offered Information given by reception staff conflicting No surprise that Chobham surgery patients migrating to an efficient light water practice I will be doing the same Why wait a month for a five minute blood test at either west end or Chobham? Totally unacceptable practice
