On the whole this surgery is good. Usual frustrations of overrunning Dr's and long waits for appts, but on the whole no major complaints. The premises are the biggest drawback. The old building has a difficult layout, particularly if you have a buggy and the narrow steep stairs I am sure are a problem for the elderly. Whilst the quality of the Drs is mostly excellent, the environment is in need of so major modernisation.
