Can’t get in to even see a gp the Receptionist are rude even come across aggressive there is no empathy you fill out a form that if you put pain levels are any higher then 5 you get to to go to ae as someone that has fibromyalgia I don’t need to go to ae fibromyalgia still is not tock serious with this Drs your made to feel like your wasting there time and anything that is wrong with you they automatically say oh it’s your fibromyalgia

Just listen to us patients have a bit of empathy open your doors back up tell the receptionist that is what they are they are not gps treat the person not the illness

Absolutely disgraceful service, cannot even get a doctors appointment to discuss serious health issues. They tell you till fill out a e consult which will then tell you to phone the surgery and book an appointment and then the receptionist tells you there’s no appointments available call back at 8in the morning. Like I have time to sit on the phone at 8 in the Morning when I have three children to get to school. Absolutely appalling!!!!!!!!!

Disgusting treatment from the reception staff and the manager, no support with my mum who has dementia total lack of compassion and knowledge of Dementia, even the paramedics who had to be called to see my mum because the reception staff said a doctor couldn't come out to see her thought it was wrong. I will be looking for a new GP practice for my mum as she is worth more than this. Its not the first issue i have had with them I would advise people to go to a different practice over this one.

Under resourced. Insufficient doctors for the amount of patients which is potentially dangerous. The practice relies too much on locum doctors and appointments are often only available up to 6 weeks ahead, especially if you want to see the same doctor so that your treatment has some continuity. Reception manager is often brusque, or plain rude.

Every single time I have called this surgery the receptionists are rude. I made a call just this morning for an emergency appointment and they offered me one at 10am I wasn’t able to get there for ten and asked if they had any available for the evening and they told me to call back at 11am. I just called back and I was told “well no one would tell you to call back later” thanks madam for calling your patient a liar. Absolutely appalling that this place running. I called several months ago after having my period for three weeks and I was told “if you’re bleeding for another week then we can make you an appointment” I’m so sorry madam but would you like to bleed for a bloody month??? Worst Doctors office ever.
