I am a patient here since January 2019 I have never ever seen same doctor twice. On every visit I’ve had to wait from 45mins to 2 hours after my appointment time. For the phone system it needs a receptionist in charge of incoming calls, I have waited over 45 mins with the answering system saying we will answer your call ASAP I’ve been trying to get through now since 2pm and now it’s 3.15pm still not answering. The whole reception side of this centre needs rebooting into something that actually works. They are dealing with patients at the desk and completely ignoring phones. I have drove 20 minute drive to ask for appointment rather than trying for over 2 hours to get through. Also because there is no stricture in the doctors that’s why the waiting time is over on average an hour plus, because the GP’s are not based there so they have to look your medical records up each time and go through your medical history.. I was with my last GP surgery for 38 years until it closed. I’ve never experience anything like this in my entire life.. it needs authorities going in to sort it out.
