Had a cyst removed by dr warrilow brilliant - made me feel at ease as this was not my normal surgery I was referred by my doctor. Him and his wife we great as talked me through it.

The Dr Bill Warrilow is amazing, finding a doctor that assesses, empathises, explains and treats with confidence is a rarity now adays. He put me at ease explained everything so I understood and put many to shame, after being refused but hospital surgeons, my own surgery and doctors I got referred to this man and I’m glad I did he puts them all to shame his a credit to the service

I saw Gail recently, about continued headache and earache, she referee me for a neck xray, and blood tests,the xray showed I have arthritis.and I was pleased with the care I got from Gail. However I saw another lady on Monday 9th, whom I had never seen before, as I am still having continued headache and earache,also the tendons back and front of my neck hurt,she said I was to expect arthritis at my age, and said I need physiotherapy. I have tried myself to get to the bottom of this, had another eye test, and am now attending physio, who tells me I have compression on the spine.

I have never had a problem getting an appointment at charing surgery. Care has, in my opinion, been excellent. I have received both a knee replacement and bunion operation on the NHS with a. Dry quick referral from charing. My husband has received excellent care throughout the years and we would have no reason for any complaints. Been with the surgery 35 years.
