Getting an appointment is impossible. I tried phoning through at 8am and can never get through to anyone. Ringing through is also a lengthy experience why is the connecting number 5 for an appointment make it number 1. When you do get through, they are always fully booked for doctors’ appointments for that day. Why am I with a surgery that I can’t get an appointment for?
Suggested improvements
Move the connecting number to get an appoitment or speak to a receptionist to 1. Instead of having to wait until number 5.
Have the e-consult avilable 24 hours a day instead of 9-5. We are not a 9-5 country and things always seem worse at night, especially for people with children.
