I couldn't book a phone call with a Doctor because the line was busy for 1/2 hour. When I got through was told no slots left so use online system to ask for a call next day, luckily I have a computer. This was a little involved but I managed and I got a call back early the next day. Dr Naganather was extremely good and needed to see me at the surgery. At the appointment he was extremely thorough and pleasant and explained the treatment he prescribed. I would like to thank him for his kind treatment.

Suggested improvements
The only issue that concerns me is I have a computer but there are people who don't. My concern is for those who live alone ,maybe elderly or vulnerable and have no support to access online booking for appointments. These people should not be told to just keep ringing everyday or directed to online so I would hope a system could be put in place to assist them.
