I arrived at the surgery with a deep gash in my arm and asked to see a Nurse as I thought it needed dressing by somebody who knew what they were doing. I was prepared to wait a long time as I had no appointment, but the Receptionist immediately gave me an appointment with Nurse Annie for half an hour's time. Nurse Annie actually saw me earlier than that and said she needed to get a doctor to deal with it. Dr Warrilow did what was necessary and I was given prescriptions for the appropriate antibiotics and painkillers. It was all dealt with very quickly and efficiently and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. The whole experience was very reassuring and I feel I had received a first class service from all concerned.
