The whole system of call at 8am is a real problem for those as really needing an appointment. The telephone system just to speak to a receptionist to request a call back to see if your even allowed an appointment is 6 minutes long and far to complicated for the elderly. Not to mention the speed and hast the receptionist try to get you off of the phone, before you have even explained the reason for your call. I think the communication and services from the receptionist is very poor and patronising. Should not take 3 weeks to get a blood test done.

Suggested improvements
Change the automated system when you call so it’s easier for elderly people it literally puts my grandparents off calling! As it’s so complicated Allow people to call and make appointments. Provide customer service ices training to the receptionists explain they are there to provide a services to the public
