I am very angry at the way I was spoken to by a receptionist at this practice, she was rude and getting all high rated with me , I then spoke to the practice manager and she was no help at all didn't really care about my complaint and just brushed it off.
this practice needs more mature personal than just kids running it.
very poor management

The Doctor I saw today was unhelpful, could not be bothered and had a very poor attitude. I will be changing to another practice tomorrow.

It's welcoming, clean and the staff are excellent from the Receptionists and Nurses to the Doctors.

Shocking service by the lady at Reception with blonde curly hair. Extremely unhelpful with an extremely terrible attitude!!

All staff at Chapel Medical Centre are very polite and helpful. The surgery and all rooms and toilets are spotlessly clean and have everything in them that you would need.
