Suggested improvements
From customer service at reception to the Gp service itself, this can be done 1000 times better. Doctors are there to support with diagnose and managing symptoms. It is so difficult to get an appointment(hrs and hrs of waiting) so that when you get to see a doctor they laugh in your face at your symptoms and send you home. Very very disappointing! I have been with this surgery for over 12 years now and i must say it went downhill.
