Phones lines are impossible to get though on - when forced to go in and try and speak to someone you are faced with the most unhelpful rude group of women i have ever experience - one in particular worse than the others, this person has been complained about so many times by my family and friends, she screws her face up interrupts people and pre judges the situation and says no to everything - when you challenge her she says makes out to be a victim after pushing people to their emotional limits. I have see patients cry after being spoken to by her, absolutely disgusting. People are going there with health and emotional issues and need support not a nasty woman making them feel worse. Truly awful place - doctors are good but reception is as bad i have ever known. New staff needed.

From customer service at reception to the Gp service itself, this can be done 1000 times better. Doctors are there to support with diagnose and managing symptoms. It is so difficult to get an appointment(hrs and hrs of waiting) so that when you get to see a doctor they laugh in your face at your symptoms and send you home. Very very disappointing! I have been with this surgery for over 12 years now and i must say it went downhill.

(Receptionist)Spoken to so rude and with nasty facial expressions , even before I had finished my sentence this receptionist was talking like she was the doctor telling me I won’t b getting an appointment like I was a dog !! everything I calmly said or tried to get some connection help she was attacking , she is definitely in the wrong job, her customer service was disgusting and outrageous!! She needs to be put on training and to be learned how to speak to people , little does she no I’m absolutely broken inside after loosing my mother to cancer (not that she needs to no , but be nice in this kind of job u don’t no how someone is feeling ) I will be taking it further

If this receptionist had the skills to talk to patients kindly there wouldn’t be an issue !! She needs to be put on a course again !!! Disgusting behaviour

I had an appointment booked up to see a berve specialist, almost 3 years ago. I explained that I was moving house, and someone at the surgery cancelled my appointment. And I assume it was the miserable receptionist to whom I spoke with. I found out from my next doctor that practice is illegal, and since my back hasnt been seen in 3 years, I am looking to soon sue this surgery for malpractice. I would say this surgerys biggest failings are the snooty receptionists, who somehow think they're medics, the same way a security guard thinks he owns the building.

I would certainly recommend not cancelling appointments unlawfully. Especially when involving something important. And I would also train my receptionists, personally, to simply do their job and not try to make important decisions.

Receptionists rude and no help atall Can never get an appointment and they tell you your problem isn’t urgent enough and a doctor might phone if it’s appropriate! Would give no stars if I could

Get new receptionists that actually care how they speak to people and get some respect for others
