I have recently experienced the NHS working at it's best. Efficient pleasant receptionist recognised my need for an urgent same day Doctors appointment. Doctor arranged for me to be seen one week later seen by a Consultant and various tests at Newark Hospital; further tests a week later and a few days later again seen by the Consultant and 3 weeks later I had an operation in Kings Mill hospital where the care and professionalism was excellent. On returning home my wound dressings changed by the excellent Practice Nurse.
I am vary fortunate to live in the Caythorpe Surgery area. An outstanding GP practice with excellent professional, caring, pleasant staff. It is also of great benefit to have a pharmacy at the surgery.
