I would recommend this surgery 100% the Doctors and staff treat you with respect . The surgery is clean and welcoming . What ever my problems have been they are delt with straight away .the pharmacy is on sight which is very handy as in my village we have no shops or pharmacy. Thank you for everything you do .

I can't think of anything more you can do to improve what is already a great GP surgery

Difficult to see a Doctor as usual but I spoke with the Pharmacist instead who was very helpful so i didn’t have to come for an appointment. Would recommend

Managed to get an emergency appointment on the day. The advice and care I received from both Dr Robinson and the nurse who did an ECG was outstanding. I was always made aware what options I have and what the next steps would be. Anything I said and asked was dealt with in a professional yet compassionate way. I highly recommend Caythorpe surgery also based on previous appointments.

A professionally run and well organised practice. The quality of care is high and all members of staff are caring , helpful and respectful. Consultations aren't rushed. It is always possible to see your doctor of choice, though this might entail a wait of several days for if the need is non-urgent.

Great practice and always helpful, the times I have rung for an appointment and always got in on that day due to my circumstances. The receptionists and all staff are kind, polite and helpful. The best practice I have known and would recommend to any one the values of the services provided.
