Lovely doctor, very professional service. Modern efficient practice - with the ability to consult face to face or electronically. Practice would be perfect if receptionists would smile sometimes - they can seem a bit off-hand although I do understand they have a hard job to do. However, please don't forget that the patient can feel nervous.

I telephoned the surgery at 10.30 am and got an appointment at 4 pm the same day (20 July). I was delighted with the understanding and care shown by Dr Outram. She immediately referred me, and at 9.30 am the next morning the hospital, UCH, telephoned me and made an appointment. All of that happened in less than 24 hours. I was very pleased to have such care.

I have written reviews in the past about how much I value the doctors and nurses at this surgery. Today, my experience with them was just as good. However, my experience with the receptionists were terrible. When I arrived, I waited a good 1-2 min before either of the receptionists even looked up to greet me. After my appointment with the doctor, I went back down to make another appointment. The receptionist with long brown hair and glasses was so rude, with such an attitude, that I ended up leaving before I made the appointment. I wasn't going to say anything, but after reading other reviews, it looks like this person in particular needs some training. I have never had trouble with the receptionist there before.

The practice is very friendly and the two doctors I dealt with were exceptionally kind, caring and diligent. They are both relatively young and as a female patient I appreciated being cared for by an empathetic female Doctor. Having moved from the US, this quality of medical care and attentiveness to the patient exceeds my standards. I received a referral letter within 24 hours of asking for it. Lovely receptionists as well who are very busy but always friendly and helpful. Great practice in Marylebone.

My problem were not solved , infact it got worse.i had to take personal consultation from another paid doctor.its not the furst time here.
