I had major issues with various problems, I contacted the surgery and got an appointment with the Doctor. When I visited I had a few things that I wasn't sure about, i spoke to a lady called Imogen, and for a lady of such a young age, she showed professionalism, understanding and empathy for my issues. They were all addressed and explained in full. Even with a smile, a polite manner and professionalism
As a local, a lot of my family have also commented on the manner in which she conduts herself
Suggested improvements
You wouldn't do any harm in getting a few of the other staff to learn from this young lady.
Hope she doesn't loose this compassion with age.
