The quality of care and service has gone downhill drastically in the last year. All the helpful admin staff have left and the current aren't able to help at all. I was told I couldn't leave a message for my Dr because he wasn't in that day!!
The care varies and can still be very good. But overall the care from the Dr's isn't as good as it was before and you feel like no-one actually cares half the time. It's a shame as it was an amazing surgery.
Feedback on the surgery isn't accurate as patients only told about leaving a review when we thank the surgery for their help. A year ago I would have said good to poor care ratio was 90:10. Now its more 50:50
