I saw Dr Ford and left the consultation very happy. She was friendly, interested and involved me in decisions regarding my care. I was really impressed.
I then stopped off at reception to fill out a form and the 2 ladies on reception were very helpful and chatty and made me feel at ease.
I literally left the surgery smiling, thanks!
