When coming into the surgery I was asked who my app was with ?I said I'm not sure, witch I got a response of rolled eyes, she then responded with ok sit down, witch I replied can I have a water sample bottle please , she then said I can not hear you, so I repeated my self, she then got up with attitude and gave my a water sample bottle with no top! I looked at it and looked back at her and said is there no top for this? witch by this time she had answerd the phone and shrugged her shoulders as if to say what you want me to do about it! I found this very rude and awkward with a waiting room full off patients! Not happy about this service and beleave reception staff need training on manners and respect!
