I had an appointment for a COPD review today with Kathryn the clinical pharmacist. Kathryn was very approachable and friendly whilst remaining professional. She gave clear explanations of the condition and the medication needed. I’m afraid I hijacked the appointment to discuss medication for a different condition. Kathryn listened to my concerns carefully and demonstrated that she understood completely my situation. Kathryn was able to advise on different medication that would support my individual needs. A new prescription was sent immediately to the local pharmacy. An excellent experience.
