Friendly, helpful receptionists who are willing to find out answers to any questions you have. I am always able to get an appointment for the same day.The doctors are very professional, never seem to rush you and give you the time you need, so that you feel listened to and valued as a person.
I have noticed that sometimes patients talking to the receptionists can be overheard discussing their medical conditions. I am not sure how this could be resolved other than a more private area being provided.
