Not able to answer question about cleanliness of surgery because I had a telephone consultation but it would not let me put NA.
The consultation was really helpful and the GP I spoke to was really kind and sympathetic. This was good because I was feeling really poorly. He suggested some methods of relieving my symptoms and reassured me that what I was experiencing was a horrible virus going around everyone at the moment. He also encouraged me to return to the surgery if more worrying symptoms arose. Really really helpful to be able to speak to someone on the phone without taking up surgery time.
