Not a long wait on telephone to get through to surgery, receptionist helpful and spoke to doctor resulting in telephone call from doctor that afternoon. Doctor then fitted me in for appointment at end of afternoon. Doctor was extremely understanding of my problem and carefully explained the prescription he was giving me and when to take them even though it was going to be written on the packets. I was told to come back for further appointment if the medication wasn’t successful. Brilliant service , helpful and couldn’t have been better!

We came for a routine appt. for Magdalara and were able to have Bruce's rash ( shingles. ) looked at and successfully resolved. No fuss no trouble all round and thank all concerned. Since our first visit, arriving in Chichester in October 2016, I don't recall anytime when we weren't treated properly as expected. Thank you very much.

Don't think anyone could have managed any better as all was done efficiently as we would have hoped and expected. No-one can ask or need more than that!

This appointment I booked online so didn't have to ring or go to the surgery. However I rang over 10 times to book another appointment and the phone was permanently engaged. And not bookable in the surgery

For this appointment it was easy to book online at a time that suited me. So in this instance there was nothing else that could have been done to enhanced this experience.
