On this particular visit which was for a long term condition review all went very well and I was very satisfied with everything.

On this particular visit I don't think anything could have been done better.

Still an effort to get through on the phone. I called midday sort of time and it was 1hr 30 mins before I got my call back.

Maybe a line for just general questions as all I needed to know was were my fit note was as the doctor did not send it through......and still hasn't

Was in a queue of thirty, but don't know what the solution would be. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Appointments that can be made for the next day or two, not just for the day (or two or three weeks). I guess that is already something discounted due to logistics.

My appointment was with nurse, Sue, who was very helpful and caring. After undertaking some tests she helped me to dress which I appreciated. My only grumble was that two disabled parking spaces were taken up with a skip which was very thoughtless of workmen at the surgery. Also what has happened to the audio system to call patients? It is very nice to be greeted by a doctor or nurse, although there must be a reason for this following Covid.

The booking in screen was out of order, but there was no prior notice in the reception area that it was not working. This was giving the receptionists more work than they already have.
