Doctors are good, but the surgery is out of date, not using electric prescriptions, email, or online bookings (even though they say they do). Reception staff are unhelpful and unsympathetic. Very long wait times for appointments. They have directly or indirectly caused me multiple issues in getting the correct medication for both ongoing and acute problems.

Suggested improvements
Update your systems, train your staff (or possibly treat them better so that they treat patients better?), please try to solve and prevent problems instead of cause them e.g. prescription errors, miscommunications.
