What impresses me most that in an emergency you can see a doctor on the same day. It may not be the doctor of your choice, but they are all good. It is also very convenient that you can have a telephone consultation with a doctor without the need to go into the surgery when it is not always necessary.

Always easy to get an appointment (unlike Caterham Hill Surgery), and staff went out of their way to assist. (Can't remember most recent appointment date)

All staff are helpful. Practice Nurse excellent, never hurries and always seems to have the "time of day"

Normally I am very happy with the practice, but recently (August) it was impossible to get an appointment with a GP. Other times it can take three to four weeks to get a booked appointment with the GP of my choice.
