Very good - could have let me know a little early about the result then I would not have upset myself so much. Caroline - very helpful. Top have note to me removed. Did not know my knees had be involved, was wearing boots, tybees and trousers.

Excellent care throughout. The lift closed to quickly hitting my husband who was pushing his trolley. He was not hurt but was shocked.

I came to open surgery this morning. I was an hour early and was waiting outside and a very kind lady let me in so I didn't have to wait out in the cold. The staff are excellent here! Every time I have come I have always had good experience on each visit. Receptionist are all really lovely. :-) Thank you.

Like having option of open surgery. Receptionists very helpful. Hard to get an appointment but other options of telephone calls with GP and open surgery available. GP has even seen my after clinic is closing when urgent. Friendly nurses.
