Everything straight forward.
Only arranged for a blood test and shingles vaccination so no urgency and a 3 week wait not a problem.
Practice Nurse Lauren excellent.
Friendly, thorough, well skilled.
Thank you.
Suggested improvements
I arrived some 5 to 10 minutes early and had to wait for the single receptionist to book me in as she was dealing with another client's problem.
I was a little concerned that the nurse would be unaware that I had arrived.
Could not a means of self checking-in not be devised when there is a queue at reception?
