Dr Teesdale was really helpful. Very attentive and was treated like she cared about my well being. It is hard to get appts especially when needing to rebook follow up appts or another appt when in the surgery you are told to go online which sometimes isn’t the most helpful.
All in all great experience.
Suggested improvements
The appts could be managed better by being able to book appts when in the surgery other than being told to go online. It isn’t the most helpful.
