The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The nurse who
dealt with me should be highly commended for her patience and professionalism. She was thorough and reassuring in carrying out what was a very difficult procedure on me and I'm eternally grateful to her.
Suggested improvements
Some appointment times are too long especially if the patient is in too much pain causing them great distress.
