I have been with this practise since it opened at the new site and before it moved to the purpose built H/C. I have always found it easy to get an appointment, but not necessarily with my chosen doctor. If you really need to see a particular doctor - sometimes you have to wait a few days but in the case of an emergency or the necessity to see a doctor on that day you can usually be seen by someone. All the staff are very friendly and professional and go out of their way to help, from doctors to nurses, receptionists and pharmacy staff.
