I had an appointment to see Nurse Sharon for my annual Asthma review plus blood tests for another problem.
Sharon was so kind, caring AND gentle when taking the bloods. She made me feel comfortable and totally at ease. I was also given an Inhaler Demo on the computer which was useful, but I have been using an inhaler for 25 years.
The Receptionist whose name evades me was equally helpful and cheery.
All in all a lovely experience at Castlehead Medical Centre, thank you.
