I recently attended the minor injuries clinic after having had a full on the jells. I had sustained injuries to my head, chest and shoulder.
The treatment I received from nurse Claire and her senior colleagues was excellent. The gentleman on reception was very helpfully and generally. I was most most impressed with the care I received.

Good- I had an appointment with the doctor who was helpful. She booked me in for an immediate blood test with a nurse.
Bad.
I waited for 1 3/4 hours before this was done.
I enquired at the information desk to make sure they knew I was there and was told 'yes'.
