From my point of view the only problem, you have is the one you share with so many others - capacity. With so relatively few doctors covering such a wide area, you must:(putting it very mildly) be under memorable, considerable pressures, In my personal experience, you do on extraordinary and admirable job in managing not to show this when dealing with us, your patient but it must have obvious associated and widespread worms. It is an obvious concern it comes to planning for an appointment. Personally I would change the introduction. How many different interceptions are there of a medical emergency and more to the point, what is yours? Queueing on the phone is a wind up to most people but is surely likely to be more so in this situation. Whilst I am sure that on easy answer to this would be difficult to find, I would attach a deal of importance to it. When talking to others, the queue on the phone comes second in importance after the main one - the length of wait for the actual appointment. In most circumstances, I personally put considerate importance on seeing my own doctor. You do seem to have problems with your IT on entry: (noticed by your doctor and practitioner plus also fidel in my case on this visit and others). You need someone to rewrite your software, again- I've noticed it's been changed more than once already.
