This practice is either badly run or is over subscribed.
Appointments take 3 weeks plus.
Receptionists are cold, clinical ....not at all customer focused...why employ these people?
Doctors consultations are basic at best. I noticed how a real doctor operated when I attended CHOC one weekend...
We are really considering moving.
