Efficiency, care, expertise, very good, careful consideration of what might be most helpful to success from Nurse Lydia.
A lack of early prescription of ointment prescribed i.e obtaining ointment to alter success of my problem due to a big delay from the doctors in signing the prescription and failure to forward it to the pharmacy early enough.
