-The receptionist has taken a very quick action about my visit today.
-Getting an appointment process was extremely problematic. I had to wait 3 Fridays for this appointment, called a tleast 10 times. I just then pop up and got this appointment.

Appointment system is very bad, the idea is good, reality isn't. GP tells to make an appointment for a week but you can't get one for a month.

More suitable appointments including Saturdays and evenings. Should not take so long to get appointments. Continuity of care is poor can never see same doc unless you wait 2-3 weeks!!
