The phone number is always engaged and when you are eventually connected music is then played for nearly 15 minutes before you can speak to anyone. This practise has gone backwards!

The medical care you get when you actually speak to a Doctor or a nurse is usually excellent unfortunately the administration lets the side down badly. It is very difficult to get an appointment, prescriptions take far too long to process and appointments are inexplicably cancelled. I'm really disappointed by my treatment since the practices merged.

Dr corrugan. Was very helpful early in the day and receptionist at eastern way was very helpful at 4pm Friday 12 th Feb.

To say I'm disappointed with this service since all the supposed changes for "better service" is an understatement, from being unable to contact the service after trying all day,then to be told the next available appt. is nearly 2 week away and not at my usual surgery yet after managing to actually talk to a doctor "who by the way are absolutely brilliant when you can break through and see one!!I was seen the same day,Don't understand that one!But my main concern was the total breakdown with my wife who needed a new medication and despite 5 letters being sent from the clinic concerned it as taken over a month and numerous phone calls(when you can get through)from myself and the clinic concerned to get it sorted.This to me is not the health service I know and remember and it is not the people at the surgeries to blame everyone I have dealt with there are great,the problem to me lies with people upstairs " so called managers"who need sorting out because they don't seem to have a clue what life outside their ivory towers is like and they need taking out and showing. Sorry to go on so but I am very angry the way my wife has been treated and these faceless wonders up stairs need a wake up kick. Your's a very concerned patient..

My experiences with the doctors at the practice have been nothing but positive. However it is virtually impossible to get in contact with the practice, and even more difficult to actually get an appointment. Don't choose this practice if you have a choice :(
